Are you or someone you know interested in learning more about the Catholic faith and possibly becoming Catholic?
Consider looking into the Rites of Christian Initiation for Adults (or R.C.I.A., for short).
Here in the Spires of Faith Cluster we gather weekly, beginning each fall, with those who want to know more about the Church and who are thinking about professing their faith as Catholics.
It begins with weekly discussions about what Catholics believe, how we worship and how we live our lives based on our faith in Jesus Christ. We explore questions, seek answers, and discover together the richness of the Catholic Church. Everyone is welcome!
Then, as we begin into a new year, discussions begin to include how God calls each of us to follow him and how he might be calling you to do the same in the Church.
Those who choose to profess their faith in the Catholic Church then do so at the Easter Vigil Mass, the evening before Easter Sunday.
Be not afraid. 'Come and see'.
Be sure to ask if you are at all interested.
And if you are already Catholic be sure to consider whether there might be someone in your life who might be waiting for an invitation from you.
