FORMED.org is an online resource with a lot of different Catholic programs, movies, books, and talks, designed to be accessible anywhere at anytime (on smartphones, tablets and computers). This tool is open to ALL parishioners in the Spires of Faith Cluster. All you have to do is sign-up and you'll be equipped to learn, experience, or even teach your Catholic faith in ways like never before. Start a group or a bible study, and watch any number of catechetical videos provided through this website. It's that easy. It's all there. And it's all free. Sign-up today!

Formation for all is an online program designed to help Catholics of all ages to learn and pray about Respect Life and Social Justice issues.  The current session addresses the topics of Natural Family Planning and In Vitro Fertilization.  Th access these sessions go to :

Perfectly Yourself Book Study Feb. 15th

Perfectly Yourself Book Study  ~Thursday, Feb. 15th

Read Perfectly Yourself with a group of people all striving to become exactly who God created them to be.  Sessions will be offered on Thursday evenings in the Xavier Rectory living room from 7:00 - 8:30 pm.   Bring your book and a friend!  Our cluster parishes offered this free copy of Matthew Kelly's book, "Perfectly Yourself" at Christmas Masses.  All are invited to join in the sessions.  

That Man is You! Feb. 17th & 21st

THAT MAN IS YOU!  Feb. 17th for the spring semester.  Breakfast served at 6:00 am at the KC Hall, Dyersville.  Sessions begin at 6:30 am and closing prayer at 7:30 am.  Topic: A Heart Bound by the World ~ Finances and your health, our culture and money, desires of your heart, work to provide, life satisfaction, addicted to success and seven steps to financial freedom.  Call Deacon Roger for more details, 563-590-3269.

Please Note: Men~ The Wednesday Feb. 21th, evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm will be held at the KC Hall.  THAT MAN IS YOU (TMIY) is for every man in our cluster, no commitments, no obligations, just come to grow in leadership.

Drake University Concert March 7th

Drake University Concert Choir, March 7th, 7:00 pm.  We are looking for host families from each parish.  The University needs homes for 70 students.  We will have more information in the bulletin.  Please call the Dyersville Office 875-7325.

 

Catholic Daughters of America Women's Retreat March 14th

Catholic Daughters of Americas host Women's Retreat on Wednesday, March 14th

This women's retreat will be held on Wednesday, March 14th, in the St. Frances Xavier Church basement, Dyersville, from 1:00 - 4:00 pm ending with adoration in church.  Guest Presenter will be Sr. Eileen Miller, OSM Program Coordinator with Shalom Retreat Center, Dubuque.  Topic: "Mindfulness" Cost $5.  Reservations needed by March 1st to Kay Lawrence 875-8192.  All are invited to stay for 5:15 pm Mass following adoration.

SFX Basilica Fish Fry March 16th

St. Francis Xavier, Basilica Fish Fry Friday, March 16th serving 4:30-8:30 pm, fired or baked cod loin, baked potato, french fries, coleslaw, applesauce, rolls, home-made pies and desserts.   Held in the auditorium of St. Francis Xavier School. 

St. Joseph Fish Fry March 23rd

St. Joseph Fish Fry will be held on Friday, March 23rd in the basement of Church in Earlville.  Dinner includes baked or fried cod (by the Earlville crew) along with potatoes (baked or fried), coleslaw, corn, rolls, beverages and desserts.  Serving times 4:30 -8:30pm.

Baptism Class 2.0 March 24th

 
Baptism 2.0 is a class of parents expecting a second child, it will be offered Saturday, March 24th at 9:00 am in the Dyersville rectory. 

St. Boniface Steak Fry April 7th

St. Boniface Rib Eye Steak Fry is Saturday, April 7th held at the New Vienna Hall, serving fro 5:30 to 8:30pm.  Rib Eye Steak with all the trimmings, home made salads and desserts!  Tickets can be purchased at the New Vienna Citizens State Bank, J & D Mart or by calling Shelly, 921-3017 or Carmen 921-2445.  Tickets will be sold before and after Saturday the 17th, at 7:00 pm.  Advanced tickets only -no tickets will be sold at the door!
